Twisted Metal will include a downloadable copy of the game Twisted Metal: Black.
Project lead David Jaffe made the announcement in a special holiday message to fans.
The offer will only be available during the game's first printing.
Twisted Metal: Black originally released on PlayStation 2 in 2001 and signified a darker, grittier direction for the series. An online edition was later released, but only the original version will be included with Twisted Metal on PlayStation 3.
The reboot of the PlayStation franchise will feature a full single-player campaign, four-player split screen and 16-player online play over PlayStation Network.
Originally scheduled for October, Twisted Metal will now release for PlayStation 3 on February 14.
