EA announces Xbox Live sale: 'Need for Speed' content slashed

EA has announced a sale on Xbox Live.

The offers feature a range of Xbox Live Arcade games and downloadable content discounted up to half price.

Highlights include 50% off Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit cars, Dead Space 2 expansion 'Severed' and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 add-on 'Vietnam'.

Elsewhere, games Shank, RISK Factions, Monopoly Streets and Zuma have been given discounts.

The EA sale will end on Monday, January 9.
