The Komplete Edition was originally outed in a BBFC listing last year.
It will include the game, all DLC, a download for the music album Mortal Kombat: Songs Inspired by the Warriors, and a download code for the 1995 Mortal Kombat film on either Xbox Live or PlayStation Network.
The bundled DLC consists of the add-on characters Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain and Freddy Krueger, as well as 15 alternative Klassic Skins and three Klassic Fatalities for Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile.
Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition will be available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 from February 28 in North America and March 2 in Europe.
