Alan Wake's American Nightmare will arrive first, bringing the next chapter in the Alan Wake saga to Xbox 360 owners.
It will be followed by Ubisoft's long-awaited survival game I Am Alive, THQ's first-person shooter Nexiuz and EA's action-puzzle game Warp.
During February, Microsoft will also begin the Must Have Games promotion for Windows Phone, including Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, Toy Soldiers: Boot Camp, BulletAsylum, Chickens Can't Fly and Splinter Cell: Conviction.
Last year's Xbox Live House Party included Beyond Good & Evil HD, Torchlight, Hard Corps Rising, Bejeweled Blitz and Full House Poker.
