Modern Warfare 3 was the bestselling UK game of 2011.
The first-person shooter, which was named the biggest entertainment launch of all time, saw the most sales on all-formats, Xbox 360 and PS3.

FIFA 12 also saw impressive sales across all platforms, and topped the PSP list.
Zumba Fitness was the Wii's bestseller and fourth-highest of the year across all formats, while Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call beat Pokemon Black and White on DS.
Finally, Football Manager dominated the PC sales lists with its 2012 and 2011 editions coming top, beating Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and The Sims 3.
UKIE CEO Jo Twist said: "In a year when overall consumer spending was down, the launch of so many high-quality titles showed that there was still strength in the UK's boxed-product games market."

20. Battlefield 3 - EA's attempt to take on the juggernaut that is Call of Duty has resulted in one of this year's finest shooters. While its campaign is somewhat of a flawed endeavour, it fails to dampen what is a terrific multiplayer offering, with maps that offer huge expanses to explore with jets and tanks.
