THQ has denied reports that the publisher is in trouble.
Over the weekend, IDGA Mobile SIG analyst Kevin Dent said that the publisher had cancelled its entire 2014 lineup, including a Disney property and its Warhammer MMO.
Dent added that the firm was planning on "offering themselves to Asian firms to increase value".

A representative of THQ Australia told VG247 said that its 2014 lineup was safe, and that it had made no "decisions regarding the planned MMO".
"As part of the ongoing review of our business, we have made decisions to ensure that the company is strategically addressing the most attractive markets," read the statement.
"Our slate for calendar 2012 and beyond is focused on high-quality core games and continues to build our digital platform and business. We are excited for our pipeline of original and high-quality content along with our relationships with some of the best talent in the industry."
The firm added that it was "thrilled" with how Saints Row: The Third performed in North America, as well as WWE '12's global sales.
This time last year, THQ revealed a new company logo, one that represented the company's direction in creating high-quality, innovative and original games.
