Originally released for the Nintendo DS last year, Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective was written and directed by Phoenix Wright creator Shu Takumi.
The game stars Sissel, a ghost who has lost his memories and has only one night to discover how and why he was killed.
Players can possess objects in the environment and perform tricks to spook characters and uncover clues.
The first two chapters of the game are free, with the remainder priced at £7 / $10.
It received nominations for Best Action/Adventure and Best Strategy Game in the 2011 Golden Joystick Awards.
Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is available on both iPhone and iOS.
