'Mass Effect 3' demo unlocks Xbox Live Gold

Mass Effect 3's imminent demo will include limited time access to Xbox Live Gold, BioWare has confirmed.
The upcoming demo will be available from Xbox Live on February 14, and features Galaxy At War multiplayer gameplay, as well as an early single-player mission.
An Xbox Live Gold account is usually required to access multiplayer content, prompting BioWare to announce limited time Gold access on its official forum.
"The demo of Mass Effect 3 will include a limited time Gold access when you download the demo," reads the post.
Microsoft confirmed the announcement with its own statement: "In celebration of ME3, Xbox is pleased to provide fans access to ME3 demo multiplayer for the time leading to launch.
"Xbox Live Gold gives you exclusive benefits including multiplayer gaming, member-only deals and previews, and access to entertainment with Netflix, ESPN, Hulu Plus and more."
Mass Effect 3's demo will be part of a promotion with fellow Electronic Arts role-playing game Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
Playing both demos will see exclusive content unlocked for each game upon release.
