Three tracks from the band's debut album Sixteen Stone will be added to the game next week.
'Everything Zen', 'Comedown' and 'Machinehead' will be available to download for the Wii and Xbox 360 editions of Rock Band 3 on February 7 before hitting the PlayStation 3 the following day.
Each track will cost the usual $1.99 (£1.25) each, or users can purchase them as a pack for $5.49 (£3.47). 'Machinehead' will be available to upgrade to Pro bass and guitar.
Bush released Sixteen Stone through Trauma Records in 1994. The album produced five hit singles and is widely regarded as the band's most popular release.
Rock Band 3 was released for Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii in October 2010. Harmonix recently revealed plans to reinvent the franchise with its next instalment.
