Patch 1.4, which addresses a number of bugs, glitches and broken quests, will be available to Xbox 360 users first, before releasing on the PS3.

"It's coming! 1.4 should go up on XBL early tomorrow. PS3 update is looking good too. We'll update if we get more info from Sony," tweeted Bethesda's Pete Hines.
The console update coincides with the new Creation Kit and Steam Workshop released for the PC version.
