Due to launch on March 9 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, the game adds more than £20 of DLC to the original release.
The additional content includes 12 new routes across two locations, new cars and a range of liveries.
DiRT 3: Complete Edition contains the Monte Carlo Rally Pack, the X Games Asia Track Pack, the Power and Glory Car Pack, the Mud and Guts Car Pack, the Colin McRae Vision Charity Pack, the Ken Block Special Pack and the Mini Gymkhana Special Pack.
The Monte Carlo Rally Pack features eight new rally stages through the Alps, including the Col de Turini pass.
The X Games Asia Track Pack, meanwhile, features four new routes set across two new tracks in Shibuya. The courses are described as "spectacular mud-spattered Rallycross circuits, weaving beneath towering skyscrapers".
DiRT 3 was released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC last June.
The next entry in the series DiRT Showdown will be available in May 2012 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
