Ghost Recon Online has been given a new trailer by Ubisoft.
The latest video focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the game's three main character classes.
Players will be able to choose from assault, specialist and recon soldiers, all of whom have access to unique weapons and bonuses.
Ubisoft has also announced plans to launch a closed beta for the game on March 5. Interested parties can apply for the beta by visiting the game's official website.
Ghost Recon Online was announced by Ubisoft last year.
The franchise spinoff will be a free-to-play downloadable shooter for PC and Wii U, and will feature series hallmarks including a third-person perspective and tactical gameplay.
In addition to multiple Ghost classes to choose from, the online title will feature customisable weapons, high-tech weaponry and the promise of regular events and content updates.
Ghost Recon Online will be released later this year.
