Street Fighter's Ryu is likely to appear in Asura's Wrath as a downloadable character.
A screen released by Capcom shows Ryu squaring off against Asura in a one-on-one battle.

Despite looking like a still from Street Fighter, the screen is a teaser for upcoming Asura's Wrath DLC, according to Japanese website 4Gamer.
Capcom has promised an imminent announcement regarding the content, which is likely to launch in Japan later this month.
Announced at Tokyo Game Show 2010, Asura's Wrath sees a deity betrayed by his fellow gods and stripped of his powers. It features elements of Asian mythology and science fiction.
Chapters will feature multiple gameplay styles, from one-on-one arena battles to quicktime event-driven cutscenes.
Recently suffering a delay in PAL territories, the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 release will launch on February 21 in North America and March 9 in Europe.
