GAME's Oxford Street shop and Gamestation's Birmingham New Street store will open at midnight for the PlayStation Vita launch.
Eager Oxford Street customers will be eligible to win prizes, receive signed copies of games and attend a PlayStation Vita after-party.

"As the official launch partner, we've been leading the way by giving gamers the chance to sample the console across 600 GAME and Gamestation stores and the excitement built around the PlayStation Vita launch shows that handheld gaming is as popular as ever," explained GAME and Gamestation marketing manager Anna-Marie Mason.
"With both our flagship stores opening at midnight to celebrate the launch of PlayStation Vita, we're getting set for a fantastic night of gaming and we're looking forward to giving customers the earliest chance possible to buy their own PlayStation Vita."
Wipeout 2048 developers Karl Jones and Ami Ledger will be on hand to sign games, while one lucky fan will receive a year's supply of PlayStation Vita titles.
The invitation-only after-party, meanwhile, will take place at Oxford Street's PlayStation Vita Rooms, where fans can enjoy DJ sets, refreshments and sample upcoming releases.
There are currently no plans to roll out nationwide midnight PlayStation Vita launches.
Sony recently confirmed pricing for first-party downloadable titles on Vita, and has said that retail titles purchased over Sony Entertainment Network will be given a discount.
PlayStation Vita will arrive in North America and Europe on February 22.
