The collection will be available in North America for PC and Xbox 360 in April, priced at $29.99 (£18.94) and $19.99 (£12.62) respectively.
Bethesda confirmed via its blog that it planned to bring the pack to PlayStation 3 users, but does not have permission to release it for the platform. The reason for this was not disclosed.
"We aren't being allowed to release it for PS3," the studio wrote. "If that changes at some point, we'll let folks know."
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion debuted on Xbox 360 and PC in March 2006, arriving on PS3 the following year. Fallout 3 was released for PS3, PC and Xbox 360 in October 2008.
Bethesda is yet to confirm whether Fallout 3 & Oblivion Double Pack will be released outside of the US.
