The high-street retailer confirmed the news ahead of tonight's midnight launch, telling VG247 that the likes of Rayman Origins and Michael Jackson: The Experience would not be available.
"At this time we will not be selling the following Ubisoft titles - Lumines Electronic Symphony, Michael Jackson: The Experience, Rayman Origins, Asphalt Injection and Dungeon Hunter Alliance," reads a GAME statement.
"All customers affected by this decision have been made aware of the situation and we will continue to communicate any updates to customers through our Twitter and Facebook feeds."
Last week GAME confirmed that it was unable to stock Namco's 3DS title Tekken 3D: Prime Edition.
Its ability to stock new releases was cast in doubt after it lost credit insurance with a number of publishing agencies.
The high street retailer's financial concerns were partly alleviated upon receiving lender support.
Sony's PlayStation Vita launches in Europe and North America at midnight tonight.
