The Walking Dead: The Game has received its first teaser.
The video shows the living area of a house littered with debris and a large blood stain as messages play on a telephone answering machine.
Telltale Games has confirmed that the first instalment of the five-part adventure game will arrive in April, reports IGN.
The four other chapters have been promised to follow "regularly".
The Walking Dead chapters will be released on Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, PC, Mac and iOS.
The game stars the newly-created Lee Everett as a playable character rather than the comic and television series star Rick Grimes.
A Walking Dead Facebook game is also due to go live in April.
The second season finale of The Walking Dead will air in the US on Sunday.
