CCP yesterday announced a launch date for its next EVE Online expansion 'Inferno'. The update will be released on May 22, with a precursor patch arriving on April 24.
CCP's last major EVE Online expansion came in the shape of 'Crucible' in November 2011. The update took the game "back to basics" following the introduction of extensive changes that proved unpopular with the game's community.
