Blockbuster will hold the event on Monday night, ready for the game's launch at midnight on Tuesday, April 3.
The first five people in line will receive the Star Wars Xbox bundle for free, while the following 45 customers will nab free copies of the Star Wars Blu-ray boxset.
Blockbuster will also slash the price of the game to 99p for customers trading in any one of the following titles: Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, FIFA Street 4, Street Fighter X Tekken, Twisted Metal, Ninja Gaiden 3, Asura's Wrath, Ridge Racer Unbounded or Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13.
The trade-in deal is available across all 600 Blockbuster stores, but is exclusive to members.
Kinect Star Wars features five game modes, including Jedi Destiny: Dark Side Rising, Podracing and Galactic Dance Off, which contains dance moves inspired by the Jabba The Hutt scene from Return of the Jedi.
The game is set to cost £39.99, while the console bundle is priced at £349.99. Blockbuster customers, meanwhile, will benefit from a £10 discount on both the console and game if they pre-order in-store or online.
