WRC 3 has been announced as the official game of the 2012 FIA World Rally Championship.
The game will feature all rallies from the 2012 WRC season calendar, along with top teams and drivers for its career mode. Over 50 teams will be included, along with Class 2 and Class 3 series.
It will sport the new Spikengine graphics engine, allowing the developers to create more realistic lighting and particle effects and more detailed car models.
WRC 3 will once again be developed by Italian studio Milestone, who made last year's WRC: FIA World Rally Championship 2.
Versions will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and PC.
WRC 3 will release in October 2012.
