The latest video showcases the game's extensive set of customisation tools, which can be used to create "endless content".
It also highlights some of the new environments that will feature in the game, such as outdoor locations out at sea.
Trials Evolution's robust level editor will enable users to create and share everything from custom tracks to whole new genres such as top-down racing and first-person shooting levels.
Developed by RedLynx, the game features 60 solo tracks, ten skill mini-games and online and local multiplayer for up to four players.
It is the sequel to 2009's Trials HD, featuring bigger jumps, curving tracks and is one of the first Xbox Live Arcade titles to include 400 Gamerscore through up to 30 achievements.
It will join Minecraft, Bloodforge and Fable Heroes as part of Microsoft's 'Arcade Next' promotion.
Trials Evolution will be available on Xbox Live Arcade on April 18 for 1200 MS Points.
