The below image was posted to Bethesda's Twitter account hinting at an official announcement later today (April 17).

It is believed that the teaser image is for an upcoming Skyrim expansion, with the CG character resembling that game's Nordic theme.
Skyrim has already received more updates than Fallout 3 or Oblivion, with another free update to add Kinect support planned for later this month.
Other possible games the image could be teasing include Dishonored and Prey 2. However the teaser's art style does not match Dishonored, and recent rumours suggest that Prey 2 may be cancelled.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was released for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in November.
It was named as the fastest-selling PC game of all time on digital distribution service Steam last December.
