The latest video focuses on the Wizard character, explaining her unquenchable thirst to study forbidden magic and highlighting her strengths and weaknesses on the battlefield.
Described as a "rebellious youth", the Wizard is able to freeze large groups of enemies, summon damaging ice showers and disintegrate foes with focused beams of energy.
Previous videos have focused on the Witch Doctor, a character who is able to summon spirits and inflict disease.
There are a total of five character classes in Diablo III, including the Barbarian, Demon Hunter and Monk.
Diablo III's beta testing phase of development is due to close today (May 1), ahead of the game's release on May 15.
A Collector's Edition of the game will be available at retail, which includes the game's soundtrack, a two-disc behind-the-scenes DVD and Blu-ray set, an art book and a 4GB USB soulstone flash drive loaded with the full games of Diablo II and its expansion Lord of Destruction.
Blizzard is also offering Diablo III free to users who sign up for the World of Warcraft annual pass, a yearly subscription to the popular MMO.
To mark the release of the long-awaited sequel, Blizzard has announced that it will hold a series of global events to celebrate its launch.
