The latest video introduces players to the game's Showdown World Tour mode, telling players to "race hard" and "party hard".
The trailer focuses on numerous different locations, including snowy regions, the Nevada desert and Miami.
Following the launch of the recent demo, Codemasters has also released a number of statistics gathered by the game's RaceNet stat-tracker.
Players have destroyed two million cars in crashes, driven far enough to travel around the world 100 times and consumed enough oil to make five return trips to the moon.
RaceNet will allow players to track their race times and rewards with other players, which will continue to "evolve" as other racing titles are released by Codemasters.
DiRT Showdown will also be the first title in the Codemasters Racing label, which covers the DiRT, GRID and Formula One franchises.
The spinoff racer will be available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC from May 25 in the UK and May 29 across North America.
