The over-the-top first-person shooter will make its console debut on Xbox 360 this autumn.
"Serious Sam fans have been asking for Serious Sam 3: BFE to come to Xbox LIVE Arcade and we're very excited to launch on the platform this fall," said Roman Ribaric, CEO of developer Croteam.
"All the high-octane action and over-the-top violence will be intact so Xbox LIVE Arcade gamers will get the full Serious Sam 3: BFE experience!"
Serious Sam 3: BFE will be joined on Xbox Live Arcade by 2D indie spin-off title Serious Sam Double D XXL.
Developed by Mommy's Best Games, it features the customisable gunstacker that made it a hit on PC last year along with new weapons and missions, and a new co-operative mode for two players.
As an indication of what to expect from Serious Sam Double D XXL, new features will include a missile-launching pterosaur and dynamite-powered unicycle to ride, as well as new weapons like a shotgun that fires swarms of bees at enemies.
Early last year Serious Sam HD: The First and Second Encounters came out on Xbox Live Arcade. They were followed last November by Serious Sam 3: BFE and Serious Sam Double D releasing on PC.
Serious Sam 3: BFE and Serious Sam Double D XXL have not received an exact release date or price yet, but are both scheduled to be available on Xbox Live Arcade in autumn 2012.
