The latest video showcases the game's Web Rush mechanic, which allows players to slow time to make strategic decisions.
Web Rush can be used in combat, enabling Spider-Man to utilise a stealth approach or tackle foes head-on.
It also gives Spider-Man the advantage against bosses, increasing his manoeuvrability and reaction times.
The Amazing Spider-Man launches this summer to coincide with the cinematic release of the movie of the same name, starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Rhys Ifans.
Beenox Studios, the team behind Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions and Spider-Man: Edge of Time, will handle the project's development. Its debut trailer was shown at the Spike Video Game Awards in December 2011.
The Amazing Spider-Man movie will be released on 3D, IMAX and conventional screens on July 3 worldwide.
The game, meanwhile, will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, 3DS and DS on June 26 in North America and June 29 in Europe.
