Sony has confirmed that the Ratchet & Clank HD Trilogy has gone gold (entered the manufacturing stage) and will launch on June 29 in the UK, June 27 in Europe and June 28 in Australia.
The announcement is accompanied by a trailer, which introduces some of the game's new features and showcases its updated visuals.
Announced in March after being outed by an online shopping site, the collection will include the first three games in the series - Ratchet and Clank, Ratchet and Clank 2: Locked & Loaded and Ratchet and Clank 3.
Each game features updated 1080p high definition graphics, 3D support, trophies and competitive online multiplayer.

Originally scheduled for a May release, the trilogy was delayed for unspecified reasons.
The Ratchet and Clank series was originally developed for PlayStation 2 by Resistance developer Insomniac Games. The HD ports have been adapted by Idol Minds.
The North American release, titled The Ratchet and Clank Collection, will be available later this year. Sony says that the delay is to offer "something very special" for the tenth anniversary of the series.
Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault has since been announced for release on PlayStation Network.
