LEGO Superman flies above London for 'LEGO Batman 2' launch - video

By
LEGO Superman has been flying high above London as part of the launch of LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes.

The 1.5cm figurine was attached to a £3,000 RC Kaos helicopter with the aid of a cocktail stick and cable ties, before being made to perform stunts 500 feet above the capital.

The stunt took place above Hyde Park, the Docklands, Primrose Hill and Soho.

"As massive fans of the LEGO games, we wanted to replicate what you can do in LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes," said Kaos RC managing director Gavin Murrell.

"In the game, Superman can fly anywhere he likes over Gotham City - and we've done that over London."

He added: "The LEGO games are all about making people smile, and we hope that's what we've achieved with this footage."

LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes is available in North America now and in Europe this Friday (June 22) on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, Wii, 3DS and Vita.
