The Deluxe Edition contains all of the perks from the previously-announced Professional Edition, as well as a 10" Agent 47 vinyl statue.
Professional Edition perks include a hard-cover Hitman: Absolution art book, an in-depth 'making of' DVD and the 'Agency Gun-Pack' DLC.
Pre-order customers can also bag the Hitman Sniper Challenge mini-game, which was released in May.
The first new Hitman game in six years, Hitman: Absolution will include new gameplay features, improved enemy intelligence and a new 'Instinct' mode that will help players blend into certain roles.
Described as the most ambitious game in the series yet, the stealth title features a "living and breathing world, where every moment can become a story".
IO Interactive told Digital Spy that Hitman: Absolution will have a "more personal story" than previous games.
Hitman: Absolution will be available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC from November 20 worldwide.
