Hosted by multiplayer director Kristoffer Bergqvist, the latest Warfighter video features a look at the game's online modes.
Bergqvist begins by discussing the national operative team selection, before revealing that the game will have a minimum 20-player head count across all platforms.
He also details the fighting buddy system, in which players have a partner described as a "blood brother in arms".
Support actions are also outlined, including calling a helicopter to provide a mobile spawn site on the battlefield.
Earlier today it was announced that pre-ordering the Limited Edition version of Medal of Honor: Warfighter will provide access to a Battlefield 4 beta launching next autumn.
Announced in February, Warfighter follows US Tier 1 Operator 'Preacher', who is returning to his family when an explosion in civilian territory calls him and his squad back into action.
Going beyond the location of Afghanistan from the original game, it sees Tier 1 travel the globe in missions that mirror real-world events.
Campaign missions will feature a degree of choice, elements of co-op and returning characters. A one-shoot-kill hardcore mode will also be included.
Medal of Honor: Warfighter will be once again developed by Danger Close using Battlefield 3's Frostbite 2 engine.
It is released for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on October 23 in North America and October 26 in Europe.
