Containing numerous in-game clips, the videos showcase the different exercises and the kind of feedback provided by the real-life fitness coaches.
Furthermore, the videos explain the additional benefits of the miCoach app and tracking software.
The interactive fitness title, which was previously unveiled as a collaboration between THQ and Adidas, features 18 athletes across six different sports.
There are upwards of 400 different exercises available, designed to optimise fitness levels for specific sporting pursuits.
Guest fitness coaches include Kaka, Dwight Howard, Manuel Neuer, Jessica Ennis, Jose Mourinho and Ana Ivanovic. Training regimes have been designed for sports such as running, tennis, football, American football and basketball.
