The person crowned The UK's Ultimate Assassin will have their likeness captured in a future Hitman release, it has been revealed.
The winning sniper will also receive a Golden Joystick at this year's award ceremony in October.
More than 35 million kills have been racked up by users across the globe on Hitman Sniper Challenge.
Sniper Challenge features global leaderboards and competitions, which can be tracked on the game's official website.
Using an Agency Kazo TRG sniper rifle, which will be transferred to the main game on release, players must take out members of Strong's entourage, search for unlockables and take advantage of score multipliers.
Daily, weekly and monthly prizes are up for grabs, with monthly victors able to battle it out for the grand prize.
Describing it as a successful pre-order incentive, Hitman brand director Jon Brooke said: "We're really excited to be able to offer one fan a once in a lifetime prize and The Golden Joysticks is the perfect partner to showcase the Ultimate Assassin's achievement."
Officially unveiled at last year's E3, Hitman Absolution will include new gameplay features, improved enemy intelligence and a new 'Instinct' mode that will help players blend into certain roles.
Described as the "most ambitious game in the series yet", the stealth title features a "living and breathing world, where every moment can become a story".
IO Interactive told Digital Spy that Hitman Absolution will have a "more personal story" than previous games.
A prequel novel titled Hitman: Damnation will be released alongside the game, penned by former James Bond author Raymond Benson.
Hitman Absolution launches globally for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on November 20.
