The latest Warfighter trailer focuses on Preacher's story from the single-player campaign.
Inspired by actual events, Preacher and his team are called into action to hunt down a global threat.
Announced in February, Warfighter's single-player campaign goes beyond the location of Afghanistan from the original game, expanding to global territories.
Campaign missions will feature a degree of choice, elements of co-op and returning characters. A one-shoot-kill hardcore mode will also be included.
Medal of Honor: Warfighter will be once again developed by Danger Close using Battlefield 3's Frostbite 2 engine.
It is released for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on October 23 in North America and October 26 in Europe.
It was recently confirmed that pre-ordering the Limited Edition version of Medal of Honor: Warfighter will provide access to a Battlefield 4 beta launching next autumn.
