The Limited Edition will feature a range of digital and in-game content.
For in-game content, users will have access to the exclusive 'Recruit' armour, 'Prime' armour skin, 'Prime' assault rifle weapon skin and 'Prime' emblem for multiplayer. It will also include all eight class specializations and the War Games Map Pass, which provides access to nine future DLC maps.
Also included is an extended 90-minute version of the live-action 'Forward Unto Dawn' series, bonus videos expanding the characters from 'Forward Unto Dawn', a making of documentary for 'Forward Unto Dawn' and a special feature video titled 'Bringing Gaming into Reality'.
Finally, the Limited Edition will also feature a UNSC Infinity Briefing Packet, which will show armour customization schematics, a blueprint for the Infinity ship, and insight into the Spartan training programme.
Halo 4 Limited Edition will be priced at £69.99 in the UK and at $99.99 in North America.
Microsoft also recently unveiled the Halo 4 Limited Edition console, which features a 320GB custom-designed Xbox 360, along with two custom controllers and a black headset.
Named 'Best Shooter' and 'Best Multiplayer' during Digital Spy's Best of E3 2012 awards, Halo 4 will be available exclusively on Xbox 360 from November 6 worldwide.
