Scores of users were unable to access the MMO at launch, reporting error codes 7, 21, 58 and 1038, but advice is now available on the game's technical support page.
Players who encounter error code 42 are advised to wait a few minutes before attempting to reconnect, while those hit with error code 9 or 45 have been asked to contact customer services at the earliest convenience.
NCsoft also confirmed that some users have experienced issues with world transferring operations. Users have been advised not to attempt to transfer until the matter has been resolved.
"Other issues that are being solved are those related with the trading post system, guild issues and party issues on overflow servers," read a statement from the studio.
"All of them are being looked over by our teams and we will update you when there is new information about the status of the issues."
