Releasing as a joint venture between Microsoft and Red Bull, the game sees players race through ice cross downhill tracks using Kinect.
The game supports up to eight people in Party mode, and can be played online or with two-players via splitscreen.
Developed by the team behind snowboarding title Stoked, the downloadable title features five courses based on real life 'Red Bull Crashed Ice World Championship' tracks.
Players will use Kinect to carve through corners and pull off "crazy feats on skates" in a bid to cross the finish line first.
Playable for the first time at the Microsoft booth during this week's PAX event in Seattle, Red Bull Crashed Ice Kinect will be available to purchase during winter 2012/2013.
Xbox Live Arcade has previously hosted games promoting Pepsi, Toyota and most recently the Mars Rover landing.
