The studio tweeted that since last year it announced Dead or Alive 5 at Tokyo Game Show, it will announce another new title this year.
The only known titles in development by Team Ninja are Dead or Alive 5 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and the Wii U port of Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge.
The studio seldom deviates from those two franchises, with the only exception being 2010's Metroid: Other M.
Tokyo Game Show begins tomorrow (Thursday, September 20) and runs through Sunday, September 23.
Dead or Alive 5 will release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on Tuesday, September 25 in North America and on Friday, September 28 in Europe.
