Marvelous AQL's PC version of the fast-paced game - titled Half-Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax Ultimate Boy - is to launch at 6pm this evening.
Originating on the PlayStation Portable and later ported to Xbox Live Arcade, the game presents players with a series of bite-sized modes which must be completed within a harsh time limit - often 30 seconds.
It is described as a "love letter to 8-bit adventures, fusing old-school visuals with a modern day twist".
Said to be the "definitive version", Super Mega Neo Climax Ultimate Boy will include all of the modes and features seen in both the PSP and XBLA games.
Marvelous AQL will also give away free codes for Half-Minute Hero for 30 seconds at 6pm on Twitter (@HalfMinuteHero) and on the official website.
A PlayStation Network version was previously announced.
