Users who pre-order from GameStop will receive the Samurai Pack - containing samurai-themed skins for Dante's shotgun, scythe and axe weapons - as well as free upgrade points to give players a head start by upgrading weapons and combos from the beginning of the game.
Pre-ordering through Best Buy will give users the Golden Pack, including gold skins for the same three weapons along with an item finder to help discover hidden items throughout the game.
Finally, users who pre-order with Amazon will get the Bone Pack, with bone-themed weapon skins and the orb harvester upgrade to help players upgrade their weapons and combos faster.
European retailers for the pre-order bonuses have not been announced at this time.
DmC: Devil May Cry will reboot the franchise, shifting the setting to a parallel universe with a younger, grittier Dante.
Dante will also partner with new character Kat, a skilled medium and psychic who guides Dante through her ability to see into Limbo, the demon realm.
The game is being developed by Ninja Theory, the team behind Enslaved: Odyssey To The West.
DmC: Devil May Cry is released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 from January 15, 2013. A PC version is also in development, which will release later in 2013.
