Thrustmaster launches Wii protection
After recent news stories that some Wii users have smashed their TV screens during overzealous play by accidentally throwing the controller out of their hands, peripheral manufacturer Thrustmaster has developed a solution.

The T-Protect NW, available in black and white, retails for £7.99 and is claimed to offer better grip to prevent the controller from slipping from the hand.

Thrustmaster claims the device will protect both the Wii remote and Nunchuck controller from wear and tear and - thanks to its silicone material - it is also said to offer greater comfort.
