Konami's football simulation will be available for the PS2 and PSP on October 25 in mainland Europe and the following day in the UK, reports CVG.
The Wii version, meanwhile, will be released on November 16 in the UK, the day after it launches in Europe.
A 3DS version will be released "shortly after", although no further details were given.
Already available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, PES 2013 makes a number of changes, including FullControl for improved control options over every pass, shot and first touch.
Dribbling, meanwhile, has been slowed for the new game, giving players better close control of the ball, allowing them to hold it up within a 360-degree circle or nutmeg opposing players and run onto the loose ball.
A number of DLC packs have been announced, adding new stadiums, summer transfers, UEFA elements and online updates.
