Available to download today (October 11), the latest batch of DLC includes team updates, summer transfers, 11 new boot designs and new UEFA elements.
The DLC releases alongside a new update aimed at improving the online experience.
The online update adds a Widget system, which makes it easier to gather friends for online matches.
Players can now select friends from a pre-determined list, while Communities can track and monitor their results. It is also possible to concede matches at half-time.
Available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, PES 2013 makes a number of changes, including FullControl for improved control options over every pass, shot and first touch.
Copyright: KonamiDribbling, meanwhile, has been slowed for the new game, giving players better close control of the ball, allowing them to hold it up within a 360-degree circle or nutmeg opposing players and run onto the loose ball.
Konami recently announced the release dates for the PS2, PSP and Wii versions, the latter of which launches on November 16.
