To start, GOG.com now supports Mac OS X, launching with 50 titles that can now run on Apple computers. Of those, 28 are games that were never available for Mac before, including Syndicate, Wing Commander and the Ultima series.
Buying any Mac supported game will provide both the Windows and Mac installers, so users only have to buy a game once to play it on either system, including games that were already purchased.
To help promote its Mac support, GOG.com is offering 50% off select newly Mac-supported games, including The Witcher: Enhanced Edition, Crusader: No Remorse, Theme Hospital, Little Big Adventure, Postal Classic and Uncut and SimCity 2000.
Additionally, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is now available for Mac, and will be available for 25% off for the next 48 hours.
More games will receive Mac support over time, GOG.com says.
GOG.com is also holding a unique sale on Interplay titles for its 4th anniversary.
