The update also improves the game's visuals, fixes navigational problems, tweaks the user-interface and offers a whole host of weapon-based fixes.
Announced in February, Warfighter's single-player campaign goes beyond the location of Afghanistan from the original game, expanding to global territories.
It was recently confirmed that pre-ordering the Limited Edition version of Medal of Honor: Warfighter will provide access to a Battlefield 4 beta launching next autumn.
A multiplayer beta launched earlier this month exclusively on Xbox 360.
Medal of Honor: Warfighter is available for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on October 23 in North America and October 26 in Europe.
