The gameplay video highlights the various new features added to the series's PS Vita debut.
The PS Vita game will have unique controls, allowing it to be played with either the left analogue stick or by tilting the Vita system.
In addition to the full suite of single-player challenge levels, it features eight multiplayer party games including Monkey Bingo, Monkey Bowling and the return of the fan-favourite Monkey Target game. Party games will make use of both the front touchscreen and rear touch panel, depending on the game.
Players will also be able to create their own levels using the Vita camera, which will turn everyday objects into challenging stages.
Super Monkey Ball Banana Splitz arrived on PS Vita earlier this week on October 23.
