When a follower suggested whether he might prefer to watch it rather than direct it so he could enjoy it more, Jones replied: "Depends who it was. If it was the right person (@ghuwevans) then I would rather watch!" He was referring to Gareth Evans, director of The Raid.
The XCOM series began on the PC in 1994 with UFO: Enemy Unknown and has spawned nine sequels. The strategy game sees players lead a band of elite paramilitary agents (nicknamed XCOM) against alien invaders.
