The PS3 downloadable content, which will be available in North America from November 6, adds 20 new levels and Move support.
The pack's launch coincides with the PSN release of Portal 2, as well as an update adding Move support to the retail version.
Initially designed for the PC, the new levels introduce unique gameplay mechanics, enabling users to scale and rotate objects and participate in portal surfing.
Retailing for $9.99 (£6.20), PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive 30% off. A European release date is yet to be confirmed, although it's likely to appear in next week's update.
Valve released Portal 2 for Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3 in April 2011.
The title was voted 'Ultimate Game of the Year' at the 2011 Golden Joystick Awards.
