The pack will launch on December 4 in North America and December 7 in Europe, one month after the Xbox 360 and PC release.
It will be available to purchase in-stores and from PSN, complete with the original's 'Bring Down the Sky' DLC and Mass Effect 2's 'Cerberus Network', 'Kasumi', 'Overlord', and 'Lair of the Shadow Broker' add-ons.
The Xbox 360 version, meanwhile, will contain the 'Cerberus Network' DLC, as will the PC release, in addition to the 'Bring Down the Sky' and 'Pinnacle Station' content from the first game.
To coincide with the release of the Mass Effect Trilogy, BioWare will hold its first annual N7 Day on November 7.
The day will consist of online, live and in-store events, the nature of which will be revealed at a later date.
This year's Mass Effect 3 is currently available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
A Wii U version was confirmed during E3, which will be available at launch and include all existing DLC.
