The patch was released for the PC on the weekend, and is available for the Xbox 360 and PS3 from today (November 8).
The update was issued in response to a recent episode of BBC consumer rights programme
, which featured two cases where users were experiencing
consistent game-breaking bugs
and loss of Ultimate Team card packs.
Electronic Arts responded to the report with a statement outlining its commitment to quality and a promise to investigate the claims and fix any issues.
