Developer 343 Industries will add FFA Throwback to the Halo 4 playlists on Monday, providing lone-wolf variants of 'Oddball' and 'King of the Hill'.
The traditionally team-based game modes will be playable individually, with 100 points required to win on 'Oddball' and 50 to win on 'King of the Hill', reports OXM.
"If you've been dominating these modes with teammates, see how the game changes when it's every Spartan for themselves," said Halo Waypoint's Jessica Shea.

The game is set four years after the events of Halo 3, marking the return of iconic hero Master Chief and representing the beginning of a brand new saga.
In addition to the single-player campaign, Halo 4 features a robust multiplayer offering through War Games, which will take place on the Spartan training ship Infinity and will tie into the game's story.
The game has experienced a number of server issues at launch, including connection, matchmaking and ranking problems.
